We will be celebrating the first annual Emerald Festival from 12:00-4:00 PM on Sunday, July 30th at St. Michael’s, followed by a musical concert in the church at 4:00 PM. July 30th is the feast day of Blessed Solanus Casey, so the festival will be centered around him. Fr. Michael Creagan has been announced as the next pastor to succeed Bishop Izen! The announcement was made to the public over the weekend of April 15 & 16, direct from Archbishop Hebda. Fr. Creagan served as Parochial Vicor here from 1997-2002 under Fr. Michael Skluzacek, the pastor at the time. The move will take effect on July 1, 2023. Click the title for more information on Fr. Creagan.

St. Michael's and St. Mary's are excited to stay connected with you through Flocknote! Sign-up for email or text message communications from your parish, ministry, or group.
Staff members and volunteers occasionally receive emails or texts pretending to be from Fr. Izen or Fr. Barnes, asking for help and/or money. Please be aware of this and never reply to those emails or texts. If you aren’t sure about a communication from us, please call your parish office. The following was sent to us from the Archdiocese:
Inspired by the needs of our community, the desire to live out the Works of Mercy, and an opportunity to build a broader faith community, our tri-parish will be hosting a community dinner every third Saturday of the month!
Thank you to all who have contacted the office regarding Mass intentions! We have received a high volume of them, and the 2023 masses are filled up. And while the arrival and opening of the 2024 book was anticipated for March, the directors have decided to wait until our new pastor arrives. So the 2024 Mass intention book will become available in mid-late July. Please keep your current requests handy! Thank you for your cooperation. As Mass intentions for both parishes are booked through 2023, we rejoice that our faithful understand these words of St. Alphonsus Liguori: “The entire Church cannot give to God as much honor, nor obtain so many graces, as a single priest by celebrating a single Mass.”
